It was one of those magnificent evenings when everything is going great. The light was superb, there were many trains running on the line, and I found this wrecked car by chance. I spent a couple of hours around it, trying various angles. I shot the best pictures with a Hasselblad, but unfortunately I do not have a scanner for these large color slides. RPN screeners permitting, I’ll upload more of this series. On this one, an Eastbound coming from the L.A. basin has passed Cajon and is approaching Barstow.
