What are they doing here? Manualy turning (180 degree) of the carbody of electric cogwheel locomotive with rotary snow blower, He 2/3 # 8 of the Rigibahnen, former Arth-Rigi-Bahn (ARB), built by SLM Winterthur in 1930. The base frame doesn't need outrigger for this procedure.
