Remarks: Visiting the Phoenix area in December 1998 I decided to do a day trip on the Transcon and hopefully see some snow. No luck on the snow however I had plenty of action. Seen here is the action that I caught that afternoon around Maine. And yes I now wish that I had moved a little further away from that crossing gate and its bell.
