Remarks: When I transferred down to Tassie (Tasmania) in 2004, there were some strange facets of rail operation that I had to become accustomed to. The rails were closer together, right hand drive cabs (mostly), Driver Only Operation, and the safeworking system. WHAT is a Track Warrant. Fortunately, I quickly cottoned on and actually enjoyed my time rattling around insdie vintage Tassie diesels.

I love this video. It shows someone who has to know their stuff and works in a very competitive environment and also the video gives an insight into the mundane side of train drivers. It's only a shame we don't have more Tassie trains running in every corner of the most special state of Australia. Thankyou...
