Due to bandwidth constraints, only members of our affordably priced RVElite subscription service may view ultra high quality videos.
Ultra high quality videos are encoded at a higher video resolution (640x480, the size of this light gray box), are sampled at bitrates of 4000+k/sec, have no compression added, and may be viewed by our valued RVElite members in full-screen mode.
Remarks: Built in 1926 by Baldwin this Consolidation spent most of its life as the Buffalo Creek & Gauley Number 4. In April 1988 I found her leading a small passenger train on the NCTM's grounds.
Great video. First time I went to the NCTM was at the 2008 rail days festival and the only steam they had was visiting FCC 75 pulling the caboose train. I would be good to see this locomotive running again if they ever get it restored.
