Metra North 220 was on its way south to its "home track" after being rebuilt.

There's some clever editing going on here. I've been to Selkirk many times over the years. You didn't see much "Foreign Power" when Conrail ran things. The old NYC yard outside of Albany. I have stills of the former "Deadline" with heards of Alco's up for sale or, scrap.
