Is it too much to pan the camera to follow the locomotive? When you fail to do so, you miss half of the shot. This goes for all "landscapers".

The scenery gets tremendously less interesting at that location if I were to have panned. It's just the grade crossing and then the right-of-way enters a heavily treed-in area.
