Remarks: Northbound Amtrak Texas Eagle slowly working its way through Pevely, MO running 7 hours late. Note that the train was also carrying AMTK 519(GE P32BWH(Dash 8-32BWH) behind the Genesis unit. AMTK 519 was one of the units that wore the famous "PepsiCan" paint scheme during the 1990's. It is quite possible that AMTK 519 was being used here to provide HEP to assist an ailing AMTK 83.
Nice video Will, when I rode the Texas Eagle we arrived into Chicago about 4 hours late! You can count on Amtrak to get you late no matter which trains you take.
