Due to bandwidth constraints, only members of our affordably priced RVElite subscription service may view ultra high quality videos.
Ultra high quality videos are encoded at a higher video resolution (640x480, the size of this light gray box), are sampled at bitrates of 4000+k/sec, have no compression added, and may be viewed by our valued RVElite members in full-screen mode.
Remarks: Two Union Pacific freights meet at the crest of Kirkwood Hill at the Kirkwood Amtrak station on a crisp early May afternoon. UP 6473, leading an empty coal drag westbound and UP 7857, leading an autorack/stack train eastbound meet as they glide past the station.
Nice catch!!! Amazing that they both end at the same time as well. Kind of reminds me about the old math test, If a train leaves New York at 7:30 AM and a train leaves Los Angeles at 8:18, ... well, you know the rest.:) Dave
