Remarks: While still rounding the curve at Cassandra in the distance, the eastbound Y90 approaches the old signal bridge at Lilly, PA, on Track 1. With D8-40CW, NS 8354 and SD60I NS 6728 (in Conrail blue) as front end power, the extra push on the rear is supplied by a "four pack" of SD40-2 helpers

Lily is a place I try to get to for a few hours of action. I like the PRR atmosphere there. The road bridge in the distance is a bit far from the signal bridge, but on a hot day the shade is nice. The people there are almost always reasonable about railfans parking in their town and drinking in the action.
