Remarks: For the third year in a row, Carl Franz organized a photo freight charter on the New Hope and Ivyland Railroad. The star was 2-8-0 #40. Even in the cold temperatures of late January, little 40 puts on a great show working its mixed train along the line between New Hope and Ivyland
