Remarks: While MOW has Track #2 out of service due to ballast work in and around Allegheny Tunnel, Track #3 is open for westbound traffic. This view from above the western portal of the tunnel shows an empty coal hopper train, an intermodal (NS 25Z), and an autorack as they emerge from the tunnel and round the curve at "UN", passing MOW equipment and personnel.

I knew I saw someone on top of the hill that morning, You got my Jeep in the shot as well - as I was staying at the Tunnel Inn. Great Stuff.

Great view, I've been to Gallitzin so many times. & never thought about making a train video from the top of the tunnel. Great video Joseph.

Thank you. I got the idea to take the video from a picture I saw in "Triumph I" by Charles S. Roberts. The picture was taken from atop the tunnels in 1904 and I was curious to see how things had changed since then.
