Remarks: Southern Pacific’s original line over the Cascades was noted for many things, among them lumber drags and lower quadrant semaphores. Assembled from mills to the south, a northbound descends toward Springfield Junction with a long sting of company lumber boxcars trailing the trio of SD’s.

Another great video Lloyd. This video has it all. The semaphores, the caboose, the pole line still in tact and the section track. Great job. Oh I almost forgot. The SP power too.
