Remarks: First clip shows the C48, returning from Windber, Pa, with cars loaded at the Rosebud Mine 78. The sun is setting as they pass the crossing at Creslo, Pa. The last three NS SD80MACs in Conrail Blue are on this train. The second clip shows the NS 7215, no longer in Conrail Blue, acting as "crossing guard" as the coal loads are first pushed past the crossing then returned below it.

I found this video to be very interesting...coal loads first pushed past and then returned below the crossing. I don't often get to see those kinds of moves. Thank you.

Thanks, Mr. Eagan and Mr. Goldstein...I wondered, at first, why the 7215 stopped on the crossing, then I saw the coal loads moving up along side of it. It was an interesting move to watch and video. I guess they pushed the loads back far enought to clear the running track and switched onto the storage track.
