Remarks: R&N #425 hauls an all-day "Railfan Special" unasisted on a wet and dreary day in October 2008. The trip went well into the night as we caught 425 flying through Tamaqua after dark.

425's new whistle sounds like it came off of Santa Fe 3751. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong.

It's a Boston & Maine 6-chime. 425 wore it from 1995-1996, in fact I think t was the last whistle she wore before going out of service until she returned in December 2007.

Excellent video! My 2 year old son kept saying cool steamy. Did anyone catch the clown in the Jeep almost getting nailed by the 425? What a moron!
