Remarks: At 4:10pm on Monday, November 3, 2008, southbound manifest train #361 races through the milepost 60.6H grade crossing at Oostanaula, Georgia, just south of new control point "Hall" on NS's Atlanta North District behind NS GP38-2 #5028, NS GP38-2 #5002, CEFX SD40-2 #3153, CEFX SD40-2 #3180, CEFX SD40-2 #7092, and NS MP15DC #2435. This was only the third high hood locomotive that I've been able to capture leading a NS road train in 2008. Ten years ago you'd see two or three trains with high hoods leading every time you railfanned NS.
