Remarks: ATSF mixed freight coursing its way through beautiful Arbuckle Canyon as a warm and muggy first day of summer draws to a close. The ATSF #927 is followed by ATSF #6897(EMD GP60), ATSF #2232(EMD GP7-U), and FURX #7219(EMD SD40-2), an interesting lashup indeed!!

ATSF #927 is a C41-8W, BNSF #6897 is an SD40-2, BNSF #2232 is a GP-38, and FURX #7219 is indeed an SD40-2.

Thanks for the correction. It is easy to be misled when identifying some of those older locomotives, as many of the spotter's guides are not all that accurate.
