Remarks: At 12:40pm on Thursday, March 8, 2007, southbound loaded coal train #734 roars through the milepost 102.0H grade crossing in downtown Rockmart, Georgia, on NS's Atlanta North District behind brand-new BNSF SD70ACe #9360 and BNSF ES44AC #5813 with BNSF AC4400CW #5667 in DPU mode and NS C40-9W #9792 pushing on the rear of the train.
The buildings to the left in the picture are the Rockmart NS depot, mostly the starting point for the crew that operates the helper to get big trains up the big grade between Rockmart and Atlanta. Also some MOW crews working out of there.
