Remarks: At 9:02am on Friday, June 21, 2002, eastbound NS intermodal train #220 rumbles through Heflin, Alabama, milepost 715.7 of NS's Birmingham East District with a KCS SD60 leading a BNSF C44-9W and two BNSF SD40-2s. Four different paint schemes sure made for a great locomotive consist!
He's right about the horn...never heard one like it, a very pretty, musical one. I know KCS locos aren't always reliable but they sure look nice....Nice area, Heflin...really takes me back in time to see this. Nice job.

I've heard that horn a lot however not lately, manly because KCS has been using newer power. Still its good to hear it again.
