Remarks: SD40-2s 6383 and 6361 scream to the heavens as they put forth a mighty effort to get a heavy freight moving again after stopping with the train wrapped around most of the length of Horseshoe Curve. There was blasting work being done at the summit on this day for the tunnel clearance project, and presumably this train stopped while a charge was set off. One can only imagine what the SD40-2/SD40-2/C30-7A/NS B32-8 head-end lashup sounded like getting started.

Man, I LOVE the sound of those 645's screaming away. The CSX slug sets that run the local roll by, and I enjoy sitting out there and listening. I'm hoping one day a long train will come when the 645 will be able to shine.
