They built a bike trail right through train tracks? I could get in to that.

I agree with the photographer. Wouldn't have been such a great outcome if he'd happen to lose control and fall into the path of that train. Of course, around here all of our bike trails are old railroad right of ways.

He was off screen, but it looks like he was pretty much there at the first horn and the crossing bells didn't activate until he was already crossing the first set of tracks.

Actually.... it was like 5 seconds... but why would you risk it anyway. Maybe the train was going faster than you thought or maybe you wrecked?

The bell on the grade crossing heard in the video is for the grade crossing behind the camera, not the pedestrian crossing seen where the cyclist crosses.

I've seen that same guy do that sooo many times in front of the trains there in Austell while filming...
