Remarks: The last of the snow squalls from a rare Georgia snowstorm is unleashed as Q684 struggles up the ice-covered rails towards Manchester, GA. This spot last received measureable snowfall in 2002, making this scene a rare treat! The storm itself dumped 2-8 inches of snow across much of Georgia and reached as far south as the Gulf Coast.
